The shellspawn command uses the ShellExecuteExA WinAPI to execute commands. This command accepts 3 arguments. The first one can be open/runas/print. The open command uses any default application to open a file (2nd argument) on the user’s host. The runas argument can be used to run a file as a privileged user, but it will prompt UAC to the user i.e. only if the current badger is running as an un-privileged user. The third argument can be extra command-line arguments for the application you want to run.
This command does not return any output of the executed process.
